About The Project

The City of Raleigh needed to relocate and significantly expand their northeast district station and worked with iS design to plan and configure 53,000 square feet into a police operation housing multiple departments and needs under a single roof. They also required an aggressive design schedule to meet a move-in date that could not be changed.

iS design worked with the police department, landlord and the general contractor as a project team to coordinate design and construction requirements throughout. The move-in date was met and we ended up with a happy Police Department.
